Seeing something like this being asked in /jp/ is kind of surreal in a way, honestly, the best way would be by browsing a thread around here or making one yourself, you can find art in places like Pixiv. Youtube has a ton of channels dedicated to posting Touhou music and albums, so you should have an easy time getting lost into the music scene like that, there's covers of almost every genre. as for games, there's the marisa land games, touhouvania, Luna Nights is a fantastic fangame, there's also those "puppet" pokemon games which are neat once you start getting into the characters. I don't know how good the mangas are since I've never read any of them.
Honestly, you just gotta take the plunge and look for stuff, there's something for everyone when it comes to Touhou
