Yes, only in the pose editor. You then switch between them with <TAB>.

And no, you can't have multiple girls in the "active" part of the "game." There are some animations you can load in the pose editor, though.

I can't seem to get this to work, but I found that if I click on a bone in a model and then press 'F', it will center the camera on that bone, which is good enough. Now I can get angles in backgrounds that I couldn't before, pic related.
