She is, just depends what's going on in her life and when.
This last mini menhera attack was after her stream on Friday, you can see it on her twitter. She was up for 16 hours with less than 3 hours of sleep and by the end of the day her throat was sore. Chat told her to go to bed and rest her throat in the usual teasing crass self that Chat is and she got upset and cried because she wanted pillow talk. But that was likely because of her exhaustion. Those cracks form due to various things going on in her life like stress, work, she gets drunk, or she's on her period.
Usually she's just her usual dorky Noel we all know and love.

I always have so much fun when she's streaming as Noel since she's having fun and laughing. I actually enjoy those streams the most since she seems her happiest.
But then she tweets or streams as C and I get a knot in my stomach. What's wrong with me?
