They'd be a great match up against yonkisei but I'd say yonkisei would still win against them 7 times out of 10, I'll take the benefit of the doubt and assume that Marine successfully managed to get a ship and assemble her own crew.
Rushia would be one of the strongest party members in the group thanks to her ability to raise the undead, though it is hard countered by Kanata's divine/angelic powers.
Marine would be a great transport and a force to be reckoned with on the sea but she'd get nerfed pretty hard on land without her ship, also her ship is presumably wooden so it'd be vulnerable to dragon flames. Her crew would be great if they brought several artillery pieces on land but I doubt it since it would be hard to move around.
Noel is a great fighter on her own and if she could call upon her order of knights it'd be a massive boost for the already massive pirate crew+raised undead army, it's probably one-for-one in quality against Luna's retinue but would probably need the numbers advantage from the crew and the raised undeads to go against a buffed retinue, she could probably hold off Coco for a while but not beat her, at least not without any help.
Flare would also be a great fighter just like Noel, they'd make up a great combo together in combat and her being a part-spellcaster would also be great to cover up for Noel's lack of magic, both Noel and Flare could potentially beat Coco but they both would still get overwhelmed if Coco gets assistance from Kanata or Towa.
I'll just assume that Pekora is straight up a berserker, she probably can't do much against a single strong unit but she'd be great against a buffed Luna's retinue, but she would still need support from either Noel or Flare so that she wouldn't get overwhelmed when either Towa or Kanata comes up against her.

What they would need to do to guarantee a victory is to quickly snipe Watame somehow, thus leaving Luna's retinue unbuffed and vulnerable to Rushia's undead and Marine's crew, then they would need to hold off Coco long enough for their numbers advantage to beat Luna's retinue. They probably wouldn't be able to completely eliminate yonkisei outright but they'd still be able to force them to retreat.
Yonkisei just needs Coco and Towa or Kanata to eliminate most the undead or pirate crew and snipe Marine or Rushia and they'd have the upper hand, Coco is great at tanking and wiping out a large number of weak units and is practically invulnerable if given the right support. Coco, Towa, and Kanata is also a flying unit so they'd have an easier time sniping off sankisei.
