my sister and her husband are going to S.Korea to adopt their second child later this year. and of course that requires a lay-over at the Nerima airport (Nihon). they offered me a free trip, so naturally i'm stoked to go (anywhere for free). i've been to Tokyo before but not SK.

my question is, should i go to Seoul expecting it to be simular to Tokyo? i'm talking pop culture like anime, manga, arcades exept it's all in Korean.
