Seriously, guys, am I very unlucky? I just confirmed my address for the 5th time and it is indeed correct, why did Japan Post do this?

I just contacted support about it. It's my first time buying, the box has no pictures of lolis on it. I am 100% sure this is legal in my country, so, but it must really suck if I have to pay for shipping again? Unless, if it's returned for whatever reason and not actually sent it's reimbursed. I have no idea how post stuff works.
