Been trying to get up earlier but find it difficult to manage alone? Consider Greenworms! Greenworms are great motivators, so your worries about not being able to make it will be a thing of the past! The biggest hurdle that comes with waking up earlier comes with having the motivation to actually get out of bed and start moving around. In my experience, once you've actually got up and started being active, you'll likely stay awake. Greenworms can help in this department by being the nudge you need to kickstart your day.

If you subscribe to the Greenworm gospel, you probably already sleep in the same bed as your Greenworm, seeing as everyone knows they make sleeping much easier and restful. This proximity is key, because they are already immediately close to you and capable of gently poking you awake with their claws. All you have to do is tell your Greenworm you'll make her favorite food at a certain time early in the morning, and she'll start getting you up just to have you make her favorite. When food gets involved, these little cuties can be quite persistent, so there's no chance that they'd give up on getting your behind out of bed! Once you get into a habit, getting up at a certain earlier time will be much easier, and soon you won't even need to have your Greenworm get you out of bed! More of the self-motivated type? They have you covered there too! Just the idea of waking up early for your beloved Greenworm will motivate even the most Beelzebub-esque guys in the world to action! I guarantee it!

Personally, I had a similar experience with my Greenworm recently. As expected, I am more of the latter type of person, and I motivated myself to get up early for my Greenworm. I made it a goal to have breakfast ready for my Greenworm before she wakes up, so that she has a nice warm meal ready for her immediately out of bed. I read online that eating a nice warm breakfast in the morning helps with digestion and complexion, and of course I wanted my little sweetie to look and feel her best. So I had been waking up before the crack of dawn every day, sneaking over to the kitchen, and lighting up the stove to prepare a grand breakfast feast for her, which she happily woke up to and eat without question for weeks. That changed a few days ago, when I guess she noticed me getting out of bed in the morning and decided to see what I was up to. Apparently she watched me as I took the usual hour long cooking time to make her most precious delicacies for breakfast as per the norm. Eventually she piped up, which started me who had not noticed her earlier. She asked if I did this every day for her, to which I quickly responded in affirmation, although today I was out of spinach so typically it takes just a bit longer. She asked me why I do all this, and I told her resoundingly that I do it for her, because she means that much to me. She seemed embarrassed but grateful that I did all this just for her. She insisted that, from now on, I have to get her up early in the morning to let her watch me make it for her. I guess she felt bad about me shouldering this all myself! As a result, now she sits at the kitchen counter while I cook, occasionally humoring me by taking a spoonful of whatever's on the stove to taste it for me. Now getting up early is even better than it was before!

With that, I'm sure you'll see how easily having a Greenworm around facilitates good, healthy habits like getting up early. I'm sure there's even more your Greenworm can help you with too!
