Two fleet of obvious 3-2 grinding, absolutely useless for his Kinugasa.
And a good admiral, who left his KTKM and Ooi at his 1st fleet.They were both 80+ level so he overjoyed.

He discarded the needs of daily PvP's, and quickly beat the sub and CLt fleet.
He figure a roundabout way for getting 1k experience from 3-2 fleets, by putting a random level 1 destroyer to his second position of 1st fleet.
He accumulated 4 S ranks in his PvP fleet.
