Yukari would have to know first about the subversion, and if she came to know about it, she would indeed take Chen to that torture chamber she talked about in earlier threads, but she wouldn't torture Chen because, even though she considers her a robot without emotions, she's still attached to Chen, as seen after Kogasa chapters and the Anon/Yukari chapters recently.
But in a world where she'd do that to Chen and Anon, I don't really know. It'd parallel the scene of her raping Anon in front of Hana; Ran would then snap, send Reimu and Tetsu an emergency gap snap and then go ballistic over Yukari; she'd fiercely battle, but steadily find herself outmatched by Yukari. Reimu and Tetsu would respond and attack the HSE, but by themselves against Yukari, Kasen and the rest of the Yukari Empire wouldn't really do much, though it'd still be disastrous for Yukari; ending then with them taking Ran and Chen out of the HSE. After that, too much trauma to deal with.
A weird scenario to consider, and impossible to happen as it'd destroy Yukari's character and change too much dynamics. It'd also take a lot of time to develop.
