there are no "event" skills in costumes. the costume related H-scene is unlocked after you upgrage it certain % from overall chart. after that you get small skit where its told to go somewhere with the armor equipped and that is when you get the H-scene. And if you think that the star symbol skill that is usually at the end of costume is h-scene, you are wrong that is combo attack skill. Combo attack skills are always marked as stars
