Why does Ms. Rata keep focusing on that Phantom Cat Thief? I’ve told her time and time again that stupid cat is just in it for her fifteen minutes of fame. I’ve told her about the devious Makai Molester, and how more of an interesting and sophisticated criminal has ever stalked our great city’s streets and how that I, Anon Anonymous MGCP’s top detective have been trying to catch that presumably handsome bastard so I can put an end to his crimes.
