My favorite of the Touhous is the ice fairy and it's been that way since I first discovered Touhou years ago.

My wallpapers on my computer is Cirno. My wallpaper on my laptop is Cirno. My wallpaper on my phone is Cirno. I even have a Cirno mousepad.

As someone who is probably her biggest fan on /jp/ I would never fuck Cirno. Nor would I any of the other fairies. It would feel wrong, absolutely wrong.

The fairies are for playing with. Talking to. Laughing together. They are not for fucking. Ever.
