Yeah, another "protagonist is actually the villain", only this time also mixed with Umineko-style unreliable narration since her entire introduction and many monologues are outright lies. Her real identity is probably completely different, while the narrative usually shows the "Kazuho Kimiyoshi" character that she plays like it is real.

In this event itself, Kazuho always avoids the SOS Brigade as soon as they arrive, and at one point Yuki says that the one behind everything is someone they met but has been avoiding them. There had been tons of hints recently though in the main plot and other events,, so this is basically just ripping the bandage and making it even more obvious if anyone didn't catch on yet.

When Rika confronts the culprit, she replies just with "....", but no sprite or visible name, but the script rip shows she's internally listed as "Kazuho".

It's kind of hilarious though how Rika has little reaction to the reveal since she has no real bond with her.
