Actually now I remember why this shit is impossible for me. The Visa requirements even for short stay periods require a personal invitation from a Japanese citizen. Even if I only wanted to go for a few days to weeb around the requirements are absurd. They also require a detailed schedule as if to track you're not going to sell coke or something.
