In the fairies manga she has wolf ears.
In the SoPM article about shogi she doesn't have her wolf ears again.
So it's 2:1 for the Momiji without her wolf ears.

Also, the character in your picture has two fluffy balls on her clothes and carries a rectangular shield, while in the shogi article Momiji has only one ball and she carries a round shield in MoF.
