This has been a more civil oldfan discussion so far no need to turn it south. As for your point, I don't think I'd ever become bitter from these later stages of Musume. I think the bitterness should rightfully come from the fact that Japan has turned their back on them and has typcasted their fans, maybe oldfan doesn't want this association.

Seems like a shoot from the hip response, of course she wouldn't say she would leave for the money. But if Ai is not itching to leave now then perhaps she knows something big is coming or she wants a more of a taste of the international fanhood. Or perhaps she doesn't like the idea of Reina running the show
