Yeah, I understand your point, and it really makes sense, since being free from everything would be pretty much impossible, unless you live completely isolated from society. But that's why the path ( The path on taoism means the path to the true freedom, the inner peace, for example, when you're in a crowded place, but you still manage to be quiet in your own mind, a blank state) is endless, because it's appanretly impossible to reach the end. I see Koishi as a way that ZUN represented that concept, where Koishi would be truly the one that found the perfect state, the "end of the path". I still wonder why didn't he focus a lot on her, since that reaching such a high position would at least deserve a more important position on the storyline. Maybe in the next game, who knows. Or maybe he just got some ideas from his mind and applied on Koishi. I hope it's the former option.
