Suwako didn't really become true brickshitting material until SWR123 made her the cutest little god ever.

I think the loss in Tewi's stocks is related how they have gradually made her dickishness more and more canon. Originally she was just some loli rabbit who appeared as a midboss in Reisen's stage, but with PoFV they made "Tewi the trickster" canon, and in Inaba of the Moon and Earth made Tewi the trickster into "Tewi the dipshit who should be smacked around a bit".

That's just me though, I don't actually know how common this view is.
