She just talked about it which is really nothing special in Gensokyo where everyone always says "I'm gonna eat you" before a danmaku duel in a sportmanship way.
She can be as violent as every other youkai if you provoke her.

If there were serious hints that she was more violent or murderous than the rest of Gensokyo I'd accept it.
But there aren't
She simply wanders around with not much on her mind and "minds" her own business.
She never has shown any acts of aggression beyond that danmaku duel.
