I give my apartment a pretty thorough cleaning like once a month, but I keep it pretty tidy all the time.

The young puppeteer sat perplexed on her chair, tinkering with the modern piece of technology. Alice was anxious and determined to get the device to work, and thus she didn't stop until late into the night. The refreshing breeze turned into a stiff wind and darkness flooded the house's insides. Noticing this, Alice stood up, lit a candle, and closed the large glass windows. When she sat back down, she noticed that the device was nearly set up, and all she had left to do was turn it on.

This is as good a thread as any to tell this story in.

I was sitting on campus today and I notice a flyer looking for "an assistant". There was a disabled girl/lady (Something about needing to be in a wheelchair was all the flyer said) who was looking for an assistant to help her get around, cook, drive her places, such and such.

The flyer goes on about missing being able to go to movies and such and such and ends with the most heartbreaking thing I've read in ages.

"I guess basically I just want a friend to visit with. I'm paying you to be my friend. Please call."
