The main problems are

#1. There wouldn't be this massive cultural need to acquire men if they could have sons
#2. Monstergirls completely lose their exotic nature in the perspective of the residents. The son of a slime isn't going to be intimidated by horsepussy or ushi onis.
#3. You don't know the genetics at all if you think it makes sense with monsters having sons

I do agree that you need human women though, and quite a lot of them.
