I'm out of the loop, but are there other Vocaloid-related stuff out there that got/will get movie adaptations?

I stumbled into this today and it made me listen to the song again. I'm not sure how many years it's been since the last time. I didn't even know it had a remake version until today (it hasn't grown on me as much as the original version yet).

I'm not very optimistic about this one turning out Vocaloidy because it seems like it's gonna be a live-action adaptation, but it sure lights my curiosity regarding other stuff out there.
