"These photos were pretty tricky to make, both in terms of technical skill, and in terms of personnel management. What I mean by that is, while myself and Aya did the pictures of ourselves pretty easily, Momiji's a hassle enough to get a photo of as is, and never would've agreed to a shoot as racy as what we were thinking of, and cooperative as she can be, it's still pretty much impossible to get her to do something she's set against doing. She's very bull-headed in that way. We both agreed however that it was absolutely necessary to have her in though, so just doing the set without her was unthinkable. So we hatched a plan.
While she's pretty good at sniffing out Aya's tricks, she likes me much better, and so is more vulnerable to convincing, as long as I'm subtle. I decided I'd get her a little drunk, which is somewhat a challenge as she keeps her alcohol a lot better than I do (by tengu standards, I'm a lightweight). I decided to overcome this by bringing two big jugs of sake, one for each of us that I'd supposedly bought on a whim. Mine was diluted heavily with water. Hers was the highest proof I could find. A couple hours later, we're both tipsy, but I have not forgotten my mission: I flatter her looks a little, since she becomes a bit sensitive when she's been drinking, and in no time I've convinced her to do a few harmless poses that I snap photos of. Mission accomplished, and problem solved.
The last little bit we had to overcome to get the photo on the left in proper order was to more or less just cut her out of one of the photos I'd took and graft her into it. This wasn't really added work, as we had settled on doing this to ourselves, as since we were the only crew we had, it was impossible to get both of us in the picture at the same time without a motion blur.
If you're curious about why exactly we knew she'd decline, it's because she'd neither see the appeal nor the purpose of doing that sort of photo. She's very soldier-minded, and old fashioned, too. Very old fashioned. She'd probably tie humans to treetops if she could actually leave the mountain.
Anyway, it's probably for the best that rag never got published. I think she would've been a little upset at finding out I abused her trust like this, and while Aya might be able to outrun her, I can't."

I have a few where she's chubby, but for the most part, I like her fit!
