People have gathered various lists of monsters he's mentioned having plans/idea for. I don't think phoenix was one of them though. Going off memory and posts on MGR I made the following:

Guys I have a problem. Harpy delinquents are always up super early on my days off and pretend to be roosters and caw every morning waking me up when I want to sleep in, and that's not mentioning the trash they leave in my backyard. I've heard that tentacle plants keep away harpies, should I start growing them?

She has to have hands in there somewhere, I'm going to hold them!

I don't pay too much attention to them anymore since they're some of the first monster girls I've ever seen (thanks, Castlevania) and they almost feel too vanilla now.
