I wonder if the misfortune bestowed upon the victim is proportional to the luck that is seeing Hina, cheerful & magnificent as she is.
Those who most appreciate the sight of Hina, perhaps because there isn't much else that brings them joy in life, may perhaps be hit with quite the unfortunate event, or maybe things would stay the same if they are already unlucky?
It's quite a connundrum.
