Canonically the answer seems to be no, but it's not like we've seen any male fairies. Probably a reason. Fairy spawning is probably as magically-based as decommissioning (what counts as death).

Sex might not be particularly pointless for fairies, however. Probably still feels good, and they probably care little who and how many they do it with. I mean fairy orgies are one of those common literary things, right? Besides that, they're little avatars of natural magic; it probably does something functional, too.
