For the inner thoughts that don't come up in the text box I assume they'll have to code something in. It'll probably end up working like how thoughts are shown in Flowers or Baldr Sky.
Either that or they'll just be lazy and put them in the text box which would make it really confusing since a lot of the time the text box says one thing and the voices say another.
