To add, this month's Tsukasa Aoi release is Best of compilation vol.2.
Volume 2, meaning she's done one before and then continues making more material enough for another compilation.
So releasing compilation isn't always a sign of someone quitting, but that bumpkin girl is a weird case. She hasn't done much to warrant a compilation. We'll see later.
