I got both versions of NYAN-NYAN-SHAKE and Dreamer's Best (with Rausch und/and Craziness II + Astral Harmony BDs) today. I haven't watched anything in full yet, but here are my first thoughts.

Let's start with the D4DJ BDs.
They're packaged in pretty sturdy transparent DVD cases. I'm surprised they didn't use standard BD cases as with some of the previous lives (Raukure 1/7th Live single day releases), but to be fair, it's still better than a shitty digipak like the 6th Live came in. Just a weird form factor considering what's inside, and it sticks out when placed among other BDs.
There are codes inside each box: one グルミク 10x gacha ticket 2022 and one for early ticket lottery for the Lyrical Lily stage play and some Merm4id event, respectively.
I'm a bit disappointed that the photobooks are the same in both versions. There are some nice photos of the groups and each member though. Also, there's a bromide of one of the group members in each box. I got Ha-chan and Himaringo.
The BDs themselves are single-layer, with each containing around 90 minutes of 24 fps video and LPCM stereo audio.
The video bitrate is OK, of course it jumps all over the place because of the LED screens in the background, but the average is above 30 Mbps. Pretty standard stuff, but it looks good on a 55 inch screen. The audio sounds OK, the mixing is better now compared to the livestream.
About the content, I watched it already live almost a year ago, but I'm sure I'll have fun rewatching it in better quality.
