used this thanks to wiki's tips.
just use boss weakness element x5 (and it also resist most mobs as well without any weakhit from them)
rush arte to gain 100% spirit on first turn and transform, then on turn 2 blast through the mobs by bypassing them and watch them explode
then have 2/3 char with 感電 to nulify boss' knockback/pullup resistance and spam knockback/pullup
knock/pull can deal like 40k-90k to the boss on top of your skill damage if you make it hit your chars/stage edge
