The heimin shadow council has just voted unanimously on their most dastardly plot to date: They will take steps to ensure Watame gets over 10,000 super chats, all written with long and expressive comments, in her anniversary stream at the end of the year.
By doing this, Watame's streaming content will be crippled since they estimate it will take her until at least June of 2022 to get through them.
