This is one of my favorites. I’m not spending a lot of money per yuuka- I’m not commissioning any popular artists- but the art market is over saturated so you can get a lot of them for pretty cheap. Personally I recommend commissioning transgenders because they are always doing emergency(read: cheap) commissions and they have time to practice art because they can’t get jobs. Brazilians who charge in real are great- when the subject of money comes up, they learn english very quickly.
