Near as I can tell they're just some bastardization hybrid of western and eastern cultures superglued and duct taped together.

I just wish there was a little more variety in the non-h doujins. Most of them seem to fall into 3 categories:

1) Romance (either RinnosukexEverybody or Lesbiaaans)
2) Touhous beating the FUCK out of each other, which always just leads to powerlevel asshurtery
3) Cutesy Slice of life

Just another reason to curse my stupid hands.
