Suisei played with Raise a Suilen at her latest live (which is probably one of the best live things she's ever done)
Aqua had had some involvement with Pastel Pallettes iirc
Irys did some sponsored Bandori streams and is apparently a big fan
Laplus has mentioned the game a few times on twitter

That's the most I can recall. I think Suisei is probably the closest we have to an actual Bandori Holo since she's been a big fan for years. One of her earliest clips is her fangirling over Raise a Suilen
