Ch5 is similar but not identical, biggest difference I noticed was Mion no longer refers to Shion as "oneechan" when she's begging for her life. It was kind of a neat thing that I'm sad they changed, since it's both plot relevant and stands out given that the phrase is never used anywhere else, across all of the chapters.
