That's a good idea, though one thing I've learned from doing lots of these sort of nude filters is that sometimes the clothed bodyline looks really weird when made nude. In such cases, just use it as a guideline rather than an absolute boundary.

Also, getting the non-cropped version should help some since it shows the direction of her legs. Closing her legs is also an option if you stick with what you have though.
