She just got stupid lucky, her playthrough was on Standard. The game lets you switch to lower difficulties at any point (Assisted has aim assist among other things) but doesn't let you switch back after lowering it.

Her completion screen was on Standard, and she had it on from the start. I'm fairly positive the sunflower isn't smart enough to install aimhacks in brand-new games.
