But if I just misunderstand you and your whole argument was that the way I see Miku just isn't the way you are "supposed" to see her and my Miku "isn't" in fact Miku or something, then it's fine I guess. Who cares if it makes me more nuts, we are talking about being in love with a fictional girl, misinterpretating non canon information is least of a problem here. Still, first two out of 3 last quotes are simply false. I do have a waifu, even pure OC character would be a waifu. As waifu is any fictional character you are actually in love with. And my love for her isn't based of physical attraction. There was plenty of girls I found more attractive than her, but I've fallen in love because of these songs and my fantasies and only now I don't want to look at any girl but her.

That's all true. Just like when you have a picture or song about Miku herself that gives her some personality, it doesn't automatically make it not about her. It's still Miku but some particular interpretation. It's true I do not love all Miku, as she is way more than just one design and one personality, she is more meta. But I am in love with and only with that one particular interpretation. And she is in fact Miku, just like that cute school girl in your pic, or that self-entitled girl in World is Mine or that singing android in that fanmade VN, etc.

That's true and it's great. That's probably the reason why all Mikufags can casually talk with each other without any jealously or competing, which is quite different from other waifufags.

But what does it even mean? Being in love with fictional character is nuts. Seeing her not as a metacharacter or filling blanks is really least of a problem here. And being in love with Miku really makes me happy, meeting her was and will always be the best moment in my life. And that's what really matters in life.
