What's a decent cheap option for going hands-free?

Doesn't have to be in the shape of hips, necessarily. Just looking to train my hip thrusts so I'm not too out of shape the next time I get to have sex.

Just needs to be something I can lay on my bed and thrust into without injuring myself. And it should be reasonably easy to clean.

Only onahole I ever had was a standard red Tenga Air-tech. I'm fine with how it felt, but I couldn't figure out a decent way to fixate it in some way to enable me to thrust into it, especially not without risking injury due to the hard plastic shell.

I'm in Germany.
