Wanko is a good choice. But I'm not the "bawwwww I wish I was in a VN so ronery ;_;" type of anon. I like to have a plan, in case the entire world submits to me or something. Mission Statement: Find a feasible biological method to develop human females with XX gonadal dysgenesis and ears/tail of a non-human mammalian at least in shape.

Animal Choice:
Logic dictates that we want an animal of which ear sizes are comparable to, if not slightly larger than, a human's (though this is not absolutely necessary). Tail is a greater issue, most animal tails look outright bizarre on humans. All of the methods here can allow you to get an animal for ears and another for tail, so be at ease there. I suppose a large dog or wolf could do well here.

Certain genetic defects can do this, but chances of finding it with gonadal dysgenesis right down below is ridiculously astronomical. Selective breeding may be required. Note that XX gonadal dysgenesis has a genetic basis and Finnish people are quite likely to have it (1 in 8300 live-born girls. ). A Finnish/Japanese cross may be acceptable. Alternatively, knocking out DCLRE1C activity could also work. That shits over the white blood cells.
