the singles made me lose 80% of my hype for this album, and it seems like I was justified.
this album is so bland in its songwriting and arrangement.
it's like they've intentionally shunned everything that made them interesting in the first place.
neither fun catchy pop songs nor high-energy metal shredding.

- 'Mirror Mirror' is mediocre.
- 'MAYA' is slightly better.
- 'Time Wave' is bad.
- 'Believing' starts well with actual guitars but then devolves into yet another bland chorus and then loses all direction and energy.
- 'Metalizm' has a pretty cool guitar solo (that's repeated at the end of the song) but it's surrounded by dated electronic crap, so the song isn't great overall. This is the song I was most excited for, but it's disappointing and directionless.
- 'THE LEGEND' is a predictable slower ballad for ending live shows; a worse version of 'THE ONE'. So forgettable, like the rest of this album.
