I'm sorry, that chart is indeed terribly out-of-date (it was intended as a joke and had many errors, especially with regards to DDs and CLs). Here is a relatively up-to-date and hopefully somewhat error-free version, though please keep in mind that the graph uses subjective comparisons (and Pixiv where all else fails) and so should be expected to be quite flawed.

As for the predictions in the previous graph, Taiho's clearly couldn't be less accurate, even though it was speculated that she might be exceptionally busty because of her armored flight deck. I-401 is surprisingly flat for a submarine of her size, too, while I-8 is disproportionately well-endowed. Agano, Noshiro and Yahagi however are the CLs with both the largest busts and greatest displacements, and Musashi is around where she was expected. Overall, about the only thing the chart demonstrates is that displacement-breast size associations are unreliable at best, especially when the method of comparison is dodgy to begin with.

Only Akizuki-class, Unryu and Tokiwa are left from the original set of predictions. I'll keep rooting for Tokiwa in particular, since her comparatively low displacement and extensive service history makes her ideal for a flat-chested onee-san type of character (and, given her role in WWII, her presence in Kancolle could certainly end up creating a mine-laying fetish).
