>Not for sure how to run the extractor to extract everything.
go to the command line, enter the folder with data.rom and ps3rip.exe then type

ps3rip.exe data.rom foldername

this will extract everything from data.rom into the folder. then enter it and bustup folder, copy over ps3rip and type

ps3rip.exe file.bup outputfilename

this will extract the single bup file into several character sprites. you have to do that for every bup. the output will be

outputfilename_emotioninjapanese.bmp

same goes for the cg/backgrounds, go into picture folder, move ps3rip there too and type

ps3rip.exe file.pic outputfilename.bmp

and for the txa files,

ps3rip.exe file.txa outputfilename
