Honestly I don't get what people see in Mikuni for the captain role.

Her only downside is being a chibi which doesn't look "strong" for a captain role.
As for Konoker, aside from the workload she's just too old. Nogi and Saku had like 1 and 2 years respectively between the vice cap announcement and captain graduation, if same repeats here by the time Kumi leaves Konoker herself would be like 27.
On a side note, I feel like 4ki have quite a number of people who could fit the role. But I'd image wotas are gonna get pissed if this role goes straight to 4ki bypassing even 3ki.
