ME is known for the bluescreens
If I remember correctly, there was one of the older Windows variants or Windows Server variants that had an inability to stay on for longer than a certain time before bluescreening. Old technology has that kind of charm.
Makes me wonder what the oldest OS is that's still stable on modern hardware, while not being useless in the software department. You could probably modify an old linux variant, sure, but that's kind of cheating, isn't it?
