Backing up my point. So apparently the chronology is this :
They go to a famous puppet maker (female) to get a body for Shirou. > They have some issues along the way, but they can't go to the maker since she is now on the run after being marked to be sealed.
It could be anyone else, but it does very much imply that it is Touko. And I guess it actually make sense that she appears in Spring Song since her role is before her disappearance.
