That's not what happens because blood is normally sterile.
The term you're looking for is intravascular hemolysis, which will lead to acute tubular necrosis and acute renal failure.

I'm pretty sure microorganisms don't shitpost on imageboards, speaking of which, did you know that antibiotics like amoxicillin can cause intestinal bacterial infection? this is because there are bacteria, called "Clostridium difficile" or more shortly as "C. diff", that live in the intestine at all time but at very low levels because can't proliferate due to competition with other non-pathogenic bacterial species for space and nutrients. C. diff is resistant to penicillin antibiotics such as amoxicillin so when these antibiotics are used they kill the normal bacterial flora of the intestine but leave C. diff intact, this means now C. diff has less competition and can proliferate and cause disease.

This situation feels vaguely similar to what's happening here, where the (E)RPposters represent the normal bacterial flora and tourist represent C. diff (who are highly resistant to gatekeeping but are repelled and kept from proliferating by the (E)RPposters).
