If you mean vk groups they merged into one group half a year ago, there are 44k people in that group at the moment. Though despite the group called MGE it basically just glorified random monstergirl image dump with little discussion. There are also other small groups but they are insignificant. Writefagging and dragonia/salvarion translation are on the other site
