He's just normal japanese highschool student, what are you talking about? But seriously talking, Shiki is a result of generations of breeding demon hunters. It's like getting mad at Cu or Karna being overpowered just because they're demigods. Shirou autistically worked on his projections (which is mostly thanks to his special talent/RM) but Nanaya clan autistically worked on creating someone like Shiki. His base specs might be higher but shit he will be fighting in the future is literally A tier of nasuverse so he most likely will have his own training arc (Executor Shiki or Satsujinki)
