のどる (nodoru) looks like some half-assed hiragana version of Noodle, so it probably means the same thing. That cover is drawn by Noodle, according to slolita website, so it makes sense.
Many slolita covers are or have been available on Toranoana under circle names 絶対萌域 and 二次元収穫祭 (the one you've ordered, right?). I don't think TnA sells bootlegs, you just paid it more. The Taobao store is probably the cheapest option, but you need a proxy and navigating in Chinese (as if learning moon wasn't enough). But you could use the international storefront on Aliexpress:
